Improve communications

The PM should be considered as a facilitator of communication, but never as an obstacle preventing, replacing or hindering communications between the parties. Sometimes, wrongly I think, some teams try to communicate with the other side through the PM, which can cause misunderstandings or loss of information. Therefore, the best is that the members of the different teams involved in the project, whether technical, business or otherwise, can always connect directly, without there being any barrier that hinders. Obviously the PM should be informed of these communications to monitor the situation, to try to mediate solving potential conflicts, or to ensure that the information to other stakeholders is retransmitted.
