During last month of June the European Union published the 2019 Digital Economy and Society Index (DESI) (link).
This report is a composite index that summarises relevant indicators on Europe’s digital performance and tracks the evolution of EU member states in digital competitiveness.
This report includes European measurement of digital competitiveness using five indicators: Connectivity, Human Capital/Digital skills, Use of Internet Services by citizens, Integration of Digital Technology by businesses and Digital Public Services.
