Using this methodologies I can easily incorporate Customer internal Project Management processes and principles. In line with these methodologies I define:
- organization structure to manage the project
- amount of resources required
- activities and lifecycle required to produce the solution
- acomplishment of commited deliverables
I enphasize on identification and description relations between the different involved groups, creating information flows to all stakeholders and ensuring suitable quality standards, appropiated reviews and necessary approvals on each Project stage.
